This site belongs to Ted Dalal, Real Estate Salesperson with Initia Real Estate (Ontario) Ltd., Brokerage. It explains what happens to the information you share here.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form: your name, email, phone number, message, and for a home value request, the address and details of the home. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if you go on to work with Ted, to provide real estate services. We never sell it.
Where it goes
- Form messages are emailed to Ted through Resend, an email delivery service.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived server logs for security.
- Maps are drawn with OpenStreetMap tiles, fonts come from Google Fonts, and Instagram pictures load from Instagram. Those services see your IP address when your browser loads them.
- Listing information comes from REALTOR.ca's data feed (CREA DDF®). Nothing you type is sent to CREA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to help you, and as long as Ontario real estate and anti-money-laundering rules require for clients.
Your choices
You can ask Ted to stop contacting you, or to see, correct or delete what he holds about you, at any time by replying to any message or using the contact page.
